We Are Charlotte began in 2020 with a question: if SMEs are the engine room of the Australian economy, who is helping them look after their biggest asset - their people?

From this, we’ve built a flexible model that brings right-sized strategic and hands-on support to more than 70 Australian businesses. We like to say that we bring simplicity to the complex world of People & Culture, and heart to everything we do.

We support clients through a combination of HR expertise and hands-on implementation via project or ongoing support. Rather than simply delivering reports, We Are Charlotte works with our customers on implementing practical solutions to their problems, allowing our services to be catered to the minutiae of each business we work with. By bringing our skills, knowledge and expertise to a problem, we’re able to adapt and scale to the needs of individual clients.
